All payments made for services are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this policy or in the signed project agreement. Refund requests will be considered only under genuine and proven circumstances where Netbit Technologies has failed to deliver the agreed scope of work.

If a client has been charged more than once [duplicate payment] due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded. Once the product is delivered and client has used and for a month then refund will not be entertained.

Minimum 10 working days will be needed to process the refund application. If refund granted, amount will be paid
through online mode only to the concerned client. Refund will not be given to any other person who applies on any
clients behalf.
