What is the need for staff strength?
A school must know in the beginning of the session that what will be the appropriate staff strength as per NESTS guidelines.
This staff strength must the approved by the competent authority so that the Principal can ask for teacher or conduct walk-in-interview to
fill the shortfall. Staff may be engaged from outsourcing agency also as per NESTS guidelines.
NESTS has issued various letters and circulars pertaining to number of teachers, office staff, mess workers, security, sweepers and other staff.
